Examples of our flatwork can be seen from Westwood, MA to Kittery,
ME and everywhere in between. Bluestone, antique brick and
granite, concrete pavers, flat fieldstone, slate and cobblestone
are used to build entry pathways, raised patios….nearly anything
you can imagine! We have even poured a 250 foot concrete tee pad
for a driving range! For your next patio or walkway we will take
into account your use of the space and design a graceful and
durable structure that will create a new outdoor “Room” and
add immeasurable pleasure and value to your home.
Any flatwork is only as good as its foundation. In New England we
must plan for frost and water which can damage even the best
prepared work. We take pains to “overbuild” the base under
each of our projects, augmenting any naturally draining material
with as much as two feet of processed gravel to ensure full water
movement from under the surface. Building our projects right the
first time is the hallmark of our company!
